Lee-Anne

Managing Director

Lee-Anne is the Designated Safeguarding Lead at Daisychain Childcare. She has extensive knowledge of child development and has also completed training in behaviour management, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, Speech and Language, Makaton and is a trained Portage Practitioner.

With her warm, caring nature, Lee-Anne is passionate about childrens learning and development and making the nursery the best place for children to have fun.

Sam

Deputy Manager

Sam is a highly skilled practitioner with over 30 years experience in childcare, Sam is fun, kind and approachable. She enjoys messy play, craft, singing and dancing and has excellent planning and assessment skills. Previously Sam worked as a private nanny and joined Daisychain Childcare in 2016.

Sam is also the Deputy Safeguarding Lead

Vicki

2’s Practitioner

Vicki has worked for Daisychain Childcare for over 9 years. She is a kind, compassionate practitioner who all of the children adore. Vicki loves joining in with children’s play and creating a warm loving home environment.

Previously, Vicki worked in the care and mental health sector and has a deep understanding of additional needs.

Tina

Preschool Lead Practitioner

Tina has worked in the childcare sector for over 20 years, She holds a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies and is a Makaton and Portage Practitioner. Tina has lots of hands on experience working with SEND and using her calm, friendly approach she can adapt the learning principles to pique each child’s interest. Tina is passionate about children’s learning and development and is enthusiastic about igniting their curiosity. With her extensive knowledge of the EYFS and other documented learning styles she understands how to help each child develop in their own unique way ensuring they are given every opportunity to flourish.

Anne

INCCO

Anne is a highly skilled practitioner who has worked in Early Years for 6 years. She is dedicated and knowledgeable and has a deep understanding and interest in SEND practice.

She is passionate about each and every child in our nursery and ensuring that they receive the best level of care and support throughout their journey here at Daisychain

Candace

Lead Practitioner – 2+ Year Old

Candace is an experienced practitioner who has worked in childcare for over 7 years.  With her warm, empathetic approach Candace uses multiple learning techniques to ignite the children’s interests and ensuring that all children have the same opportunities.

Tiff

SEND Practitioner

Tiff is a highly experienced, qualified SEND practitioner who joins us from a large nursery chain.  Previously, Tiff has worked in various SEND and management roles across the sector and is working towards her Level 5 in childcare.

Jo

Office Administrator

Jo is a highly experienced administrator who runs the office here at Daisychain,  With her warm friendly nature she makes the nursery a friendly place to be.  She bakes lovely biscuits too!

Shannon

Baby Room Lead

Shannon joined Daisychain in 2019 as a student. After completing her level 3 she joined our team as a part time practitioner whilst studying towards her degree in Early Years.

Shannon is a popular practitioner with all of the children and her unique style enables her to adapt to the needs of each child here at Daisychain.

Louise

Level 2 Early Years Practitioner

Louise joined Daisychain in 2019 as an apprentice.

She has developed into a passionate practitioner and an integral member of the team.

Chloe

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Baby Room

Chloe is a dedicated practitioner who works alongside Shannon in our baby room,  Chloe has a wealth of experience in childcare and is a firm favourite with the children.  Chloe enjoys arts and crafts and does lots of creative work with the children.

Tracy

Early Years Practitioner

Tracy supports Candace and Vicki in 2’s.  She loves singing, dancing and playing with the children.  Tracy previously worked as a nurse in the local hospital but decided to change careers to focus on her passion of educating children.

Terri

Early Years Practitioner

Terri is a caring, compassionate practitioner who works predominantly in our preschool and is extremely creative.  She also supports the other areas of the nursery when required.
